Job Title: Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

About Us: Studio Banana, S.L is a multidisciplinary studio that brings together architects, graphic designers, filmmakers, industrial designers, and change managers to co-think, co-design, and co-make innovative solutions.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in executing our online marketing strategy and helping to communicate our values, methodologies, creative principles, success stories, and impact to our target audience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media: Implement and optimize Facebook/Instagram ads campaigns, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Social Networks: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that achieve brand objectives, create monthly content calendars, and manage community engagement.
  • Community Management: Create, program, and publish content, proactively engage with our community to grow brand engagement, and continuously analyze competitors to incorporate digital trends.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor online conversations, listen to feedback, and manage online reputation.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven background in community management and paid media.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and editorial skills, proficiency in Spanish and English, and knowledge of digital marketing tools such as MailChimp, Shopify, and Google Analytics.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications: Facebook Ads Certification, Google AdWords Certifications (search and display), and Google Analytics Certification.
  • Experience: Examples of campaigns carried out on Facebook and Instagram, experience in Public Relations and Influencers marketing, and organizational and planning skills.
