As Channel Business Manager, you will work alongside smart and friendly colleagues who are all focused on ensuring the success of our sales efforts. The team fosters a culture where everyone is encouraged to share ideas, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate each other's achievements.You will join the EMEA Sales team operating in the EMEA region, in a fast-paced dynamic environment, as well as communicating and collaborating with colleagues in the whole EMEA region. As a part of the sales team, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and you will be working in a team composed of sales representatives, engineers, community managers, and inside channel managers to meet the EMEA Region's objectives.We will make sure you have the best working conditions to succeed while you develop personally and grow your skills. As a new hire, you can expect on-the-job training and training courses tailored to your specific role. This training provides you with a solid foundation and equips you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your position.What you'll be doing: Your main responsibility will be to deliver on the business objectives in your assigned territory. Using your expertise and knowledge in channel management and business development, you will be growing and expanding the business with your channel partners (2-tier) and local consultants. It will be your responsibility to prioritize your accounts and ensure that the business potential of the portfolio is maximized.Your workplace is the Spanish Office based in Madrid (Alcobendas)
