Due to the rapid expansion of Mindray’s success, we have an exciting
**new opportunity** in our newly created Channel Management function, for a Channel Manager for the whole of Spain, to launch and support bold plans to strategically grow our distributor business, you will be instrumental in implementing this new function across Spain.

Our Channel Manager, is responsible for developing the local distribution channel strategy, supporting the development of the sales team and distributors, implementation of channel policy, improving subsidiary channel management systems, and ensuring the healthy development of channels and achieving sustainable business growth.

**Your job responsibilities will include**:
**Distributor System Construction**
- Identify the business strategy with the sales team, work out the distribution business strategy.
- Monitor and support the implementation of the channel strategy.
- Participating in distribution channel planning, recruitment, evaluation, and termination, formulate subsidiary distribution channel management system, and build sub-dealer distribution system.

**Distributor Development**
- Establish regional distributor development systems, drive the distributors to improve the competency through training, education and sharing

**Distributor Operation & Compliance Management**
- To identify and control business risks and assist in the construction of an anti-corruption system.
- Monitor the operation of the distributors, identify the potential risks, and provide suggestions to the distributors to improve the management

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Significant experience in distributor management within the healthcare industry (medical devices)
- Experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare industry (medical devices)
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Batchelors Degree or above in Biomedical Engineering Sciences, Marketing or Business Administration
- “Drive” to support the achievement of financial sales goals
- Independence - recognise how to get things done
- Relationship skills - able to build strong positive relationships with great communication and organisational skills and collaborate positively inside the Mindray organisation
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a team spirit
- IT literate
- Willing and able to travel extensively in Spain
- Ability to work in Spain without the requirement of company sponsorship
