Buscamos un/a Key Account Manager con experiencia en el sector Gran Consumo o Sector Farmacéutico, que desee tomar las riendas de la relación con nuestros clientes más importantes. Serás el encargado de asegurar la visibilidad y éxito de las marcas que representamos en el sector. Funciones Clave: Analizar las necesidades de los clientes y proponer soluciones que agreguen valor a su negocio. Gestionar la relación con los clientes del sector, asegurando su satisfacción y retención. Supervisar la implementación de proyectos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y plazos establecidos. Actuar como punto de contacto principal para los clientes, resolviendo cualquier problema o inquietud que puedan tener. Hacer seguimiento de los KPIs clave relacionados con los objetivos del cliente y el desempeño del equipo Relación con departamentos internos para asegurar la entrega eficiente del servicio. ¿Qué te hace el/la candidato/a perfecto/a? Eres nuestra persona si te consideras un/a líder con visión estratégica, capaz de identificar oportunidades de negocio y aportar valor para nuestros clientes. Tus habilidades de negociación y comunicación hablan por sí solas. Además, dominas Excel a un nivel excepcional (se realizará una prueba de nivel) y tienes un buen nivel de inglés (B2) para trabajar con clientes internacionales. Contrato indefinido para formar parte de nuestro gran equipo. Horario flexible + Teletrabajo Formación continua a cargo de Primer Impacto para asegurar tu desarrollo y crecimiento profesional. Requisitos mínimos: Conocimiento del sector Gran Consumo y Farmacéutico. Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y negociación. Experiencia en la coordinación y gestión de proyectos. Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para trabajar con KPIs. Orientación al cliente y habilidades para resolver problemas de manera efectiva.
