Proactivity, reliability, kindful collaboration, and communication are the core values of our solution culture.If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest-growing B2B scale-ups, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for.We are looking forA driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.Your role in BizAway- FULL CYCLE POSITION: manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.- Research and prospect for new clients in the French market.- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.- Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).- Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.- Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract.- Forecast sales revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline.- Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events.- Define quarterly and annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.- Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.Your basic qualifications- Native level of French + a good level of English (both written and spoken).- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.- "No excuses" attitude: your success depends on you and no one else.- Hunger: not afraid of challenges and eager to raise the bar every day.- Proactivity: actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.- Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.We are also interested in- Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups.Our offer- A seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth.- Uncapped variable compensation and equity in the company.- Development of your entrepreneurial spirit, having the chance to implement real-impact business decisions.- Multicultural and international team.- Collaborative and smart environment to work and learn.- Free coffee to kick-start your day and free beers to celebrate together.- Flexible working policy (3 days in the office + 2 remote) and great offices in Europe
