International Services Company leading an important presence and growth in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Latin America seeks to fulfil the position of Sales Executive for its Spanish branch. The company operates within highly dynamic growing markets under national regulations, as well as with significant, solid, global expansion drive.

**Misión**: To help in building new businesses by recognizing new prospects. Maintain relationships with the current clients and develop new clients’ relationships. Self-challenged to stay ahead of the competition. This role will help to develop and implement tactical actions, customer recruitment plans and programmes. This role will be key to provide assurance of the delivery of the objectives to the Sales & Loyalty Manger

Functions

**Analysis**:
Gathering, tracking and review of historical admissions performance to forecast the sales ´trends evolution.

Identification of opportunities to optimise the provision of reporting of data and planning.

Identification of valuable insights (from the data) and elaboration of the optimisation plans.

Master the internal CRM (Dynamics) and be able to identify potential issues that might affect the accuracy of reporting.

Sales reporting and review of performance.

Monitoring of competitors ´commercial strategy and tracking on their sales activities.

Commercial

Research and mapping of potential commercial targets.

Negotiation of new commercial agreements that can be implemented at school level or at Spain level and networking with the existing ones.

Development of networking activities to expand our business opportunities (events, fairs, etc.).

Development of commercial agreements with relocators and agents to drive demand and pupils ´growth from the expats market.

3+ years’ experience on a similar role.

English competency.

Preferably studies related with Business Administration. With experience in Sales, Analytics, and other similar commercial roles.

An experienced team player able to generate impact through analytics and commercial knowledge.
