Join us and become part of one of Spain's top real estate agencies where your success is a priorityWhat You'll Be Doing:1. Handle the entire sales cycle, offering creative solutions to close deals.2. Manage client interactions from initial contact with potential buyers to deal completion and beyond.3. Collect and verify all necessary property documentation, and sign mediation agreements with property owners while ensuring our commission policy is adhered to.4. Keep our CRM up-to-date with client requirements and maintain your personal database in line with commercial needs.5. Maintain client relationships by providing regular feedback and market status reports to vendors.Requirements1. Experience in the real estate sector, particularly in key areas of Barcelona.2. Strong understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts.3. Fluent in Spanish and English4. Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated with a drive to achieve top results.5. Financially driven and able to work well in an international team.6.
