Proactivity, Reliability, and Kindful collaboration are the core values of our Solution Culture.If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest growing B2B scale-ups, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for.We are looking forA driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative - Dutch Speaking (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.Your role in BizAwayRun outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other touchpoints (if cold-calling scares you, this position is probably not for you).Research and prospect for new clients in the Benelux region.Define Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development Manager.Work together with the Country Sales Manager and the Account Executive to define target lists.Collaborate with the Sales Executive and the Whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.Your basic qualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in a similar role.Native level of Dutch and a good level of English.Ideally, a fresh graduate in Economics/Management/Marketing/Tourism or relevant work experience (public oriented).Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and eager to learn something new every day.Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.We are also interested in- Previous experience in Sales and/or SAAS start-up is a big plus.- Any other language is a plus.Our offerA seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth.Attractive compensation, including equity in the company.Development of your entrepreneurial spirit, having the chance to implement real-impact business decisions.Multicultural and international team.Collaborative and smart environment to work and learn.Free coffee to kick-start your day and free beers to celebrate together.Remote work, flexible working policy, and great offices in Europe.#J-18808-Ljbffr
