Key Account Manager (KAM)GRÜNENTHAL ESPAÑAGranada, Málaga26 Sep.DescripciónEstamos buscando una persona para la posición Key Account Manager (KAM) altamente motivada y orientada a resultados para unirse al equipo de Ventas-KAM. Su responsabilidad será el área de Andalucía Oriental. La persona seleccionada será responsable de cuentas hospitalarias prioritarias, siendo gestor/a, asesor/a, facilitador/a y conector/a entre Grünenthal, stakeholders y roles internos que participan en el proceso de implementación del producto.Gestión, conocimiento y desarrollo de los diferentes stakeholders de los diferentes circuitos y cuentas.Coordinación de los planes de cuenta entre los roles que trabajan las mismas (REPs y MSLs).Liderar la revisión, gestión y seguimiento de las cuentas, así como su segmentación en función de los estados de desarrollo de las mismas.Liderar la comunicación de aspectos claves en las cuentas con otros roles involucrados en ellas (REPs, MSLs, Responsables Regionales y Responsable KAM).Detectar insights del producto en la implementación de la estrategia y táctica diaria.Desarrollar a los Champions existentes y detectar nuevos.Gestionar objeciones y barreras en las cuentas con las herramientas existentes, así como la forma de adaptarlas e implementarlas según idiosincrasia de las diferentes cuentas y circuitos.Stakeholder mapping (diseño, conocimiento y control de los principales clientes).Aportar valor al cliente para que a su vez éste aporte valor en los pacientes con Dolor Neuropático en las diferentes etiologías a las que se dirige el producto.Número de vacantes: 1Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrido (50%)Tipo de contrato: IndefinidoVentajas sociales o económicas: Interesante paquete de beneficios socialesRequisitosCapacidad en gestión de cuentas (no Retail)Capacidad analítica (macro y micro) en las cuentas hospitalarias.Estudios universitarios, preferiblemente en Ciencias de la Salud, Administración de Empresas o Economía.Al menos 3 años de experiencia en Ventas.Áreas terapéuticas: DolorEstudios mínimos: DiplomadoExperiencia mínima: 3 añosDisponibilidad para viajar: El 60% del tiempo laboral#J-18808-Ljbffr
