Descripción del Puesto: Business Development Manager
Como Business Development Manager, tomarás decisiones comerciales y trabajarás con clientes de lentes de contacto y los profesionales del cuidado de la vista para que sean proactivos en su promoción y prescripción de lentes de contacto Alcon. Se educará al segmento de clientes sobre los productos Alcon desde perspectivas clínicas y comerciales y establecerá relaciones estratégicas para el área de Asturias.
Responsabilidades Típicas:
Ejecutar planes de negocios e impulsar el logro de objetivos de ventas para los clientes asignados.
Desarrollar y aplicar la comprensión de las organizaciones y redes de clientes y de diversas influencias que afectan las decisiones de los clientes.
Seguimiento con los clientes para garantizar que se dirija a la persona adecuada para entregar el mensaje correcto con la frecuencia adecuada.
Garantizar la correcta información y disponibilidad sobre los productos y servicios de soporte de Alcon a los clientes.
Hacer un uso efectivo de los recursos de promoción disponibles como una solución integral de comercio electrónico relevante y proporcionar el paquete educativo de marketing digital necesario a los clientes.
Mejora de la experiencia y la satisfacción del paciente.
Informar detalladamente de las características y beneficios de los productos de la competencia durante las interacciones de ventas para mejorar las ventas de los productos Alcon.
Trabajar dentro de las políticas de Integridad y Cumplimiento y de todas las políticas de la empresa y garantizar que quienes lo rodean hagan lo mismo.
¿Qué Aportarás a Alcon?
Graduado en ADE, ventas o carrera similar.
Valorable experiencia inicial o similar a la del puesto.
Fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma.
Conocimiento de sistemas CRM.
Capacidad para establecer buenas relaciones con los clientes y trabajar bajo objetivos.
Se valorará estar familiarizado con la industria de servicios médicos o oftalmológicos.
