Together with the HR-BP enhances high levels of satisfaction to all staff, Heads and Third parties.**Safeguarding Responsibilities**:- To comply with safeguarding policies, procedures,and code of conduct.- To demonstrate a personal commitment to safeguarding and student/colleague wellbeing.- To ensure that any safeguarding concerns or incidents are reported appropriately in line with policy.- To engage in safeguarding training when required.**Functions****1. **Administrative Support- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process- Coordinate all administrative tasks related to the pre-employment and employment, safer recruitment checks and process for new employees and third parties- Create and maintain the employee files and records in our systems (Cognita People, SCR Tracker, Intemo, My absence,...) to ensure data are up to date and accurate as well as compliant with policies and legal requirements.- Be responsible for absence control, accidents at work, maternity/paternity leaves, etc. and liaise with the HRBP to ensure accurate payroll administration for prompt, efficient payment of all staff- Coordinate the training for all staff members in collaboration with the Head and the Business Manager.- Maintain control of training files to ensure compliance at external audits and best practice (new trainees, manage training dates,etc.)- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues- Support in producing and sharing the monthly and quarterly reporting- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system- Support to Business Manager in the analysis and actions required and generated via the Voice of the Employee survey.**2. **HR PoliciesComply with all Cognita and School policies, with focus on:- Health & Safety procedures.- Safeguarding and safer recruitment with focus on SCR maintenance and compliance.**3. **Community- Coordinate the employee on boarding and off boarding experience.- Maintain good Employee Relationships within the school,Heads and third parties- Support the Senior Leadership team with all recruitment processes.**Skills**- Strong organizational and communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and targets without prompting- Ability to work in a team.- Flexibility- High commitment to the company's objectives and values.- Customer Focus: Listening and satisfying customer needs- Experience of all generalist HR policies, laws, procedures & best practice
