Come work for Appodeal as we continue to uphold our shared mission statement:To empower talented people to establish and grow profitable mobile app businesses.Responsibilities:Sign service contracts with promising studios that develop mobile apps; Support and update process for identifying prospective leads for Appodeal using data from internal BI, marketing, AppAnnie/MobileAction, qualifying relevant publishers using metrics like DAU, retention rates, time per user per day, etc.; Partner with leads throughout the entire sales cycle; oversee deals for the next 3-6 months; Communicate the value ofour product by evangelizing its unique benefits and walking prospects through detailed demonstrations and participating in industry conferences; Collaborate closely withour Tech, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to sell and onboard publishers, and contribute to product improvements based on client needs; Continually measure, monitor, and drive improvement in sales approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency.Minimum Requirements:Experience in early-stage start-ups; Experience in ad tech / publishing sphere; Minimum 5 years in Business development and track of successful records (with references and closed strategic partnerships in the past); Fluent English. Other languages will be highly valued; Ability to travel by airfrequently; Solid technical skills, ability to learn and demonstrate the value of new technology quickly; Strong communication skills, ability to build a relationship with VP- and C-level creatively; Self-starter - ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly grasp new technology and product changes.Preferred qualifications:Close relationships with mobile app publishers and their technology decision-makers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
