**Condiciones**
- Ubicación: Barcelona
- Modelo de trabajo: Híbrido
- Contrato: indefinido
- Salario: salario base hasta 55 k/año en función de la experiência + bonus sin tope
**Responsabilidades**
- Desarrollo de la actividad comercial: Crearás tu cartera de clientes (prospección telefónica, reuniones presenciales con potenciales clientes)
- Reclutar y gestionar tu equipo : Junto con el equipo de Selección atraerás a los mejes consultes/as (haciendo busqueda de CVs, realizando entrevista).
Serás responsable de cuidar de tu equipo dándoles sopte en toda su proyección labal.
- Gestionar la estrategia comercial del equipo, codinando los esfuerzos del equipo de Desarrollo de Negocio
**Requisitos mínimos**
- 5-7 años de experiência como Business Development Manager o Head of Business Developement
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado.
- Dominio de inglés y español.
- Experiência en consultía o contratación de personal.
