We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German-speaking Customer Support Agent for their Barcelona office.
Location: Remote in Spain (mainland) Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
Duties And Responsibilities Take incoming user requests B2C (via telephone/email) Log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution to the customer Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge Solve requests/incidents related to more specific products/apps related to audio equipment Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to users Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system.
Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress Monitor / progress all open queries in queue Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level.
Requirements Native / fluent in German both verbal and written.
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) 1 year in a customer service environment, preferably technical support Excellent customer care skills Advanced IT knowledge in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, music and audiovisual products.
Windows and Mac environment literate Excellent customer care knowledge and awareness Ability to implement and manage changes in processes.
