About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our team in Barcelona. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via email and chat, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Verify incoming orders and correct any errors
- Provide clear and concise responses to customer requests and questions
- Analyze and provide feedback to the technical team to resolve issues
- Manage relationships with transporters to follow up on deliveries
- Keep track and update monitoring files for internal reporting
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a fluent level of French (spoken and written) and a high level of English. You will also need to be well-organized, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to put yourself in our customers' shoes to analyze their problems and offer individual solutions.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of €21,000.00 gross per year
- A performance bonus up to €150 gross per month
- End of contract bonus
- 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar days per year
- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
- Hybrid work arrangement with 3 to 4 days per week at the office
- 4 weeks of training based in the office
