col-wideJob Description:**Job Purpose**:Support the Operations department in administrative duties like maintaining employee records in different HR systems, maintaining time keeping tool and supporting the payroll specialist with admin tasks (letters & certificate preparation, contracts, reports, etc.).**Responsibilities**:- Maintain & update employee records (soft and hard copies)- Assist in payroll administrative tasks (letters, certificates, reports) following given instructions and under payroll specialist supervision- Prepare paperwork for new hiring (Contract, policies & clauses to be signed) & leavers (providing relevant information like vacation pending days)- Manage and update time keeping tool- Support in coordinating providers and checking invoices for Flex Salary management**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:- Degree in Labor Relations or FP Administrative desired- Knowledge of labor legislation desired- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Teamwork skillsLI-SS1**Cultural Competency Requirements:- Within Tech Data diversity is one of our fundamental shared values.
