Assistant Crew Purser

We are currently seeking an Assistant Crew Purser who is fluent in English and has proficiency in either Greek or Spanish to join our team on a cruise ship. As an integral part of the ship's administrative team, this position involves providing support to the Crew Purser and ensuring efficient operations related to crew welfare and administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in English; proficiency in either Greek or Spanish is required.
- Assist with communication between crew members in their preferred language.
- Translate announcements and information for the crew when needed.
- **Crew Support**:

- Assist in the check-in and check-out process for crew members.
- Facilitate crew documentation processes and ensure accuracy.
- Address crew inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- **Administrative Assistance**:

- Collaborate with the Crew Purser in maintaining crew records and documentation.
- Assist with payroll-related tasks and crew scheduling.
- Support in managing crew contracts and renewals.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with crew members, addressing concerns or forwarding them to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate with various ship departments to ensure smooth crew operations.
- Assist in organizing crew events and activities.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of crew attendance, leave, and other relevant information.
- Assist in managing crew accommodation assignments.
- Contribute to the overall organization of crew-related documentation.

**Salary**: 1,200.00€ - 1,350.00€ per month
