Job Purpose:


Apoyar al departamento de Nómina/Administración en tareas administrativas como el mantenimiento de los registros de los empleados en los diferentes sistemas de RRHH, el mantenimiento de la herramienta de control de horarios y el apoyo al especialista en nóminas en tareas administrativas (preparación de cartas y certificados, contratos, informes, etc.).


Responsibilities:

  • Mantener y actualizar los registros de los empleados en los diferentes sistemas.
  • Ayudar en las tareas administrativas de la nómina (cartas, certificados, informes) siguiendo las instrucciones dadas y bajo la supervisión del especialista en nóminas
  • Preparar la documentación para las nuevas contrataciones (contrato, políticas y cláusulas a firmar).
  • Gestión de

Seguridad Social:
altas, bajas y variaciones.

  • Gestión de
liquidaciones (proporcionando información relevante como los días de vacaciones pendientes).

  • Gestionar y actualizar la herramienta de control horario.
  • Apoyar en la coordinación de proveedores y en la comprobación de facturas para la gestión de Flex Salary
- **Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
  • Deseable titulación en Relaciones Laborales o FP Administrativo
  • Conocimientos de PC y experiência con aplicaciones de MS Office
  • Deseable conocimiento de la legislación laboral
  • Excelente capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
  • Valorable nível medio de inglés
