Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. as a Dockers l´Illa Store Manager Assistant. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing profit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Store Manager: Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage store operations, and drive business growth.
  • Lead Sales Team: Provide daily and weekly sales targets for the sales team to improve store performance and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor Performance: Run reports to monitor KPIs and team performance, and provide insights to the Store Manager to inform action plans.
  • Operational Excellence: Control costs, manage stock, payroll, admin, and rotas to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Team Development: Inspire, motivate, and develop the sales team through training, coaching, and product knowledge.
  • Store Leadership: Take on the responsibility of the store in the Store Manager's absence and ensure seamless store operations.
  • Visual Standards: Ensure strong visual standards across the store, maintaining a high level of store appearance and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Brand Passion: Passionate about the Levi Strauss & Co. brand and living our values.
  • Leadership Experience: Strong customer service skills and previous experience in leading and developing a team.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Operational Expertise: Previous experience in managing store operations, stock, and admin duties.
  • Team Motivation: Ability to motivate and drive the sales team to exceed KPIs.
