About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our team at Sin nombre. As an HR Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing support to better understand and utilize HR tools, processes, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide HR support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Run all HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee file management.
  3. Support the Operations Department and Staffing Business Units in implementing a cohesive people plan aligned with the business strategy.
  4. Support the HR team in building and ensuring best-in-class processes are applied in the business.
  5. Assist with periodic execution of Payroll, including support for employees through query resolution and external vendor management.
  6. Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in driving the onboarding process to ensure smooth and quick integration to the company.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and values, legislation, and regulations applicable in Spain.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience within HR management or HR generalist role. You should have a very good knowledge of Spanish administrations and legislation, and be fluent in English. Spanish native speaker is a plus. You should also be organized, rigorous, dynamic, and proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset.
