About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our team at Sin Nombre. As an HR Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing support to better understand and utilize HR tools, processes, and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run all HR processes to ensure rigorous management and follow up with stakeholders, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and employee file management.
  • Support the Operations Department and Staffing Business Units in implementing a cohesive, coherent people plan for the respective business area.
  • Support the HR team in building and ensuring best-in-class processes are applied in the business, including Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Staffing Review, Learning Development, Career Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation Benefits, Organizational development, Change Management, Payroll, and HS.
  • Support with periodic execution of Payroll, including support for employees through query resolution and external vendor management, ensuring compliance with our collective agreement.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Manager in driving the onboarding process to ensure smooth and quick integration to the company for all levels below senior department heads and support in talent acquisition strategy.
  • Support with the implementation of the new HR organization and local initiatives.
  • Work closely with the business in the annual budgeting and forecasting process of headcounts and personnel cost.
  • Ensure compliance with Sin Nombre policies and values, legislation, and regulations applicable in Spain.
About You
  • You have 1-3 years of experience within HR management or HR generalist role.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Spanish administrations and legislation.
  • Ideally, you have already worked with the collective agreement of the Contact Center.
  • You are very organized, rigorous, dynamic, and proactive.
  • You are solution-oriented and not afraid to take on new challenges.
  • Spanish native speaker, fluent in English.
  • French is a plus.
  • Google Suite (GSheet, Word, etc.) is no secret for you.
