HR Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and service-minded HR Consultant to join our team at Importante empresa. As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering consistently exemplary HR services to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement HR Strategies

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for the company.

Manage Employee Handbook

Manage the employee handbook for Importante empresa, ensuring it is up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Provide HR Support

Provide general HR support to the organization, including answering employee inquiries, resolving HR-related issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate Onboarding

Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Manage Employee Data

Manage employee data, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the HR system.

Develop Training Plans

Develop and implement training plans for employees, in close cooperation with department heads and people managers.

Ensure Compliance

Ensure the company is compliant with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR.

Organize Social Events

Organize social events for employees, in close collaboration with the Office Assistant.

Manage Travel Documents

Manage A1 certifications and other travel-related documents for employees traveling between studios.

Requirements
  1. Experience in HR

You have 3+ years of experience from a similar position in HR.

IT Skills

You are an experienced user of IT, especially the MS-Office package.

Organizational Skills

You have great organizational skills and an eye for detail.

Communication Skills

You are welcoming, proactive, and accountable.

Cultural Fit

You feel at home in a dynamic, international, and multi-cultural environment.

Language Skills

You speak and write English fluently, and you speak Spanish and have fair knowledge of Spanish labor law.
