About the Job

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Barcelona. As an HR Generalist, you will provide high-quality HR support to our retail business, working closely with the HR Manager for Iberia to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide generalist and operational HR support to the retail business, acting as an internal HR consultant to provide advice and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Support the execution, coordination, and follow-up of the actions agreed upon in the Equality Plan.
  • Understand the HR needs of the business and partner with managers to identify their HR service requirements and support business change efforts.
  • Support the Learning & Development activities in the design and delivery of local talent management and succession planning.
  • Facilitate the implementation of organizational effectiveness and communications, in line with strategy.
  • Contribute to business projects and facilitate the understanding and implementation of key HR processes.
  • Implement and maintain the highest professional standards for all HR activities in accordance with local legislations and good practice.
  • Drive diversity in our slates and compliance in our hiring practices while acting as a strategic advisor to the business.
  • Closely partner with our business managers and HR partners to identify and assess the future skills and competencies to lead our organization forward.
  • Close collaboration with payroll overseeing end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and compliance.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of labor law and HR compliance regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international company and fast-paced industry sector.
