We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Assistant to join our team at Amazon. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the work environment is healthy and compliant with Amazon's policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in Amazon's policies and labor laws to ensure compliance and a healthy work environment.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, absences, and leaves.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate salaries and benefits.
- Develop and implement engagement plans to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular audits and reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Support business trips and visits to other locations as needed.

Requirements
- 6+ months of human resources experience
