Job Description:

Job Purpose:Support the Operations department by assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records in various HR systems, managing the timekeeping tool, and aiding the payroll specialist with tasks like letters, certificates, contracts, and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records (both soft and hard copies)
  • Assist with payroll administrative tasks (letters, certificates, reports) according to provided guidelines and under the supervision of the payroll specialist
  • Prepare documentation for new hires (contracts, policies, clauses) and departing employees (provide relevant information such as remaining vacation days)
  • Manage and keep the timekeeping tool up-to-date
  • Assist in liaising with vendors and verifying invoices for Flex Salary management

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: A degree in Labor Relations or FP Administrative is preferred Familiarity with labor legislation is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a team environmentSS1
