David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in Spain.
Position: Customer Service Representative Location: remote, Spain (mainland) Employment type: Full-time Work model: on-site.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Take incoming user requests B2C (via telephone/email) Log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution to the customer Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge Solve requests/incidents related to more specific products/apps related to audio equipment  Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to users Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system.
Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress Monitor / progress all open queries in queue Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level.
REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in Swedish both verbal and written.
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) 1 year in a customer service environment, preferably technical support Excellent customer care skills Advanced IT knowledge in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, music and audiovisual products.
Windows and Mac environment literate Excellent customer care knowledge and awareness Ability to implement and manage changes in processes.
