THE CHALLENGE: We are looking to welcome professionals with experience and a passion for hospitality who aspire to be part of an international group.
We are currently recruiting for the position of Front Office Manager at our Pestana Plaza Mayor Madrid - Collection Hotels.
We seek a diplomatic individual with strong communication and leadership skills, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively under pressure, all while maintaining high motivation.
The Front Office is where our guests form their first and last impressions, making it crucial for the Front Office Manager to ensure a pleasant experience that encourages guest loyalty.
YOUR MISSION: Manage and train Front Office staff, coordinating the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone operations.
Ensure the front desk delivers a professional and friendly service to all guests.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with tact and efficiency.
Arrange staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage.
Act as a liaison between the General Manager and the Front Office team.
Prepare monthly reports and manage the budget for the Front Office department.
