Altorecruit es una consultoría de selección y executive serach especialistas en las industrias para las que opera.
Actualmente para un importante cliente fabricante de packaging buscamos un Customer Service para Gestionar internamente el despliegue de los nuevos proyectos según las expectativas del cliente, con el objetivo de optimizar los procesos y ayudando a la compañía a mejorar su posición competitiva respecto al resto de empresas del sector.
Las funciones principales entre otras son: • Servicio y asistencia al cliente.
• Recepción e introducción de pedidos de clientes en RP.
• Gestión de call-offs • Revisión/confirmación fechas de pedido y/o call-offs al cliente después de revisión con planificación.
• Apertura en RP de nuevos códigos de producto (FG's).
• Coordinación con el departamento de logística para el envío de materiales al cliente.
• Recepción nuevos diseños del cliente y redirigirlos al área de Pre-impresión • Coordinación con Calidad, Logística y Administración en caso de reclamación de clientes.
• Elaboración e implementación de los informes a clientes (control de stocks, pedidos abiertos, entregas,..).
• Documentación y archivo lista de precios (histórico) e información de clientes (volúmenes, planos, tenders).
• Correcta gestión y mantener actualizados precios al cliente.
• Gestión de materias prima y stocks de FG.
• Coordinación de planos de troquel y de trabajos de optimización con el departamento de CAD/CAM.
• Coordinación y soporte en la homologación de nuevos formatos.
• Visitas puntuales a clientes.
• LOCAL: Dar soporte al equipo de BD's. • LOCAL: coordinar junto con los BD´s presupuestos a clientes.
Se ofrece 2 días de teletrabajo a la semana.
Trabajo de Lunes a Viernes.
Horario intensivo los viernes y meses de verano.
Puesto estable e indefinido.
Requisitos: Requisitiso minimos.
• Formación Grado Superior.
• Nivel avanzado herramientas ofimáticas.
• Conocimiento programa RP.
• Inglés B2 • Experiencia mínima de tres años como realizando funciones similares en sector del packaging.
• Permiso de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar 4 veces al año.
Requisitos deseados: • Conocimiento del mercado.
• Conocimientos técnicos de packaging.
• Conocimiento de segundo idioma (Francés / Alemán).
