Job Title: Customer Service ManagerWe're seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support teams and drive exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results, and collaborating with our partners to improve our customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer service strategies to ensure fast resolution of customer problems and consistent brand messaging.
- Manage our in-house and external customer support teams to ensure effective and timely customer service.
- Work closely with our Customer Experience and Digital Development teams to identify risks and opportunities and build strategies to improve the overall customer experience through technology.
- Monitor social comments and handle agent escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our Trade, Development, Payments, and Logistics teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues at pace.
- Proven experience in customer service management with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and develop your team.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
