Candidata/o idealExperiencia: Mínimo 5 años en ventas de software on-premise y Cloud/SaaS, ERP y aplicaciones empresariales, preferiblemente en el sector Middleware.Red de contactos: Buenas relaciones con grandes cuentas en España.Perfil hunter: Enfoque en expansión y aumento de ingresos.Objetivos: Capaz de cumplir metas de ingresos con un enfoque basado en métricas.Liderazgo: Habilidad para liderar y motivar equipos de ventas y áreas de soporte (preventa, marketing, servicios).Autonomía y ética: Trabajo independiente, con altos estándares éticos y responsabilidad.Idiomas: Español e inglés fluido.Educación: Grado o máster en administración, ingeniería o informática.Disponibilidad para viajar: Occasionally fuera de Madrid para formaciones o visitas.Funciones y responsabilidadesVentas y gestión de cuentas: Enfoque en nuevos negocios y gestión de cuentas en España.Objetivos de ingresos: Cumplir y superar metas trimestrales de ingresos y reservas.Plan estratégico: Colaborar con el equipo de ventas en estrategias territoriales y desarrollo de mercado.Relaciones comerciales: Fortalecer vínculos con clientes y crear asociaciones estratégicas con empresas locales de integración.Marketing y generación de leads: Trabajar con marketing en campañas para captar clientes potenciales.Pipeline de ventas: Crear y gestionar nuevos pipelines en sectores específicos para alcanzar los objetivos.Sueldo y condicionesConsúltalo directamente en la oferta.
