**SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE**

**THE ROLE**:

- MRM Spain seeks an Account Executive to join our team in Madrid. This person will be supporting a global brand that is a leader in its category and is creating breakthrough, award-winning marketing. The Account Executive will be essential to the continued success of creative communications that are highly strategic and impact the account's future.- We need someone who can be a true partner to our client and cross-functional agency team and support the larger team in creating revolutionary creative work.- The Business Leadership team here at MRM pride themselves on being relentless in converting opportunities for our clients, our agency, and our community. **FUNTIONS**:

- The Account Executive for MRM will be required to:
- Set priorities, organize workstreams, and assume a leadership role for assigned projects.
- Develop, maintain, and/or review weekly and monthly status reports and cultural and competitive audits.
- Support a highly strategically oriented account, working in upstream product development and marketing initiatives.
- Drive the brand forward in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment.
- Manage various elements of production across the traditional, digital, and/or social spaces.
- Develop strong relationships with clients across various disciplines and business areas throughout the organization, as well as with your agency counterparts.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable previous relevant experiences and skills with the following:

- Problem Solving - Analyze critical data points to identify and quickly highlight key issues, problems, and opportunities.
- Business Relationship Management - Know the client's business better than they do. Gain insight into the client's needs and propose potential solutions and opportunities.
- Strategic Thinking - Be relentlessly curious to ensure your team is current on trends, media, competition, and business implications.
- Creative Thinking - Bring forth inspiring creative work to inform the team as we develop business solutions.
- Influence & Negotiation - Provide the team with an informed point of view, context, and business implications.
- Financial Acumen - Understand the meaning and implications of key financial indicators.
- Other Characteristics of an MRM Account Executive:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising or related disciplines.
- Experience working in an extremely fast-paced business in a highly competitive and evolving industry.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to create great internal and client relationships.
- Proactive nature that lets you anticipate client and internal team needs, challenges, solutions.
- Very effective communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Part of a tight team - supporting and inspiring one another.
