We are looking for a Sales Manager with proven track record in sales leadership and experience developing high-performing teams. TheSales Manager is responsible for driving business development within half of Spain territory(Central & South), leading the regional sales team, and implementing commercial strategies to ensure sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities include:Develop and execute the sales strategyreporting to the Sales and Marketing Director. Lead, mentor and coach a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets. Implement commercial action plans and projects to optimize local business. Monitor team performance and provide regular qualitative and quantitative reports. Identify opportunities for team development, including training and content initiatives. Coordinate with Key Account Managers and other internal departments to ensure alignment and drive business forward. Conduct market analysis to identify competitive threats and opportunities. Share and implement best practices across the team. Contribute to budget preparation and analyzing KPIs to inform data-driven decisions. Qualification and skills include:University Degree. Master in Sales, Marketing, and Coaching is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a sales team within the B2B sector including people management & team development skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel, CRM, Sales Force, Power BI. Advance level in English to be used in a professional level. Strong analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
