Ejecutar campañas de CRM: Planificar y ejecutar campañas de CRM con el objetivo de activar y fidelizar a los clientes de Freepik. Esto incluye la identificación de oportunidades de mejora y la innovación en nuestras estrategias de CRM. Colaboración interdepartamental: Trabajar de la mano con los equipos de diseño y contenido para el desarrollo de piezas gráficas necesarias en las campañas de CRM. Esto requiere una comunicación efectiva y la capacidad de trabajar en equipo. Automatización y segmentación: Automatizar y segmentar la base de datos de usuarios para facilitar el análisis y desarrollo de campañas de CRM más efectivas. Soporte a otros equipos: Proveer soporte a otros equipos en cuanto a comunicaciones ad-hoc que puedan ser requeridas. ¿Qué requisitos buscamos? Paquete Office: nivel avanzado (especialmente de Excel). Valorable conocimientos técnicos en SOQL para realizar segmentaciones de la base de datos y creación de Data Extensions. Valorable: experiencia en el manejo de herramientas CRM. Valorable: Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Perfil mixto con conocimientos técnicos y visión de marketing. Trabajo en equipo. Comunicación.
