Our purpose is to celebrate life, every day, everywhere, which plays an important role in our company, for our people, our diversity, our brands, in how we perform and how we create shared value.Position: Temporary contract for approximately 1 year.Mission: Ensure optimal coverage of key Hospitality Points of Sale (POS) in the assigned territory, maximizing the management of this hospitality park to achieve sustainable growth objectives through increased distribution and rotation of our brands through the brilliant execution of activation plans that impact the consumer, establishing preferred relationships with these clients at all levels of their organization.Main Responsibilities:Conduct operational planning for the Hospitality Points of Sale in the assigned territory.Manage commercial relationships between Diageo and the managers of the hospitality POS present in your client portfolio.Drive the sale and visibility of our brands in POS through agreements with hospitality operators, aiming to increase the rotation of our products in the market.Ensure and brilliantly execute the activation plans indicated for your area.Organize events and promotions in the assigned POS, maximizing the resources and investment allocated to them.Build and execute the monthly work plan, planning visits to be made (in the next week/month) with the established frequency by customer type and identifying the objective of each visit, ensuring interaction at all levels of the Hospitality Point of Sale.Act as an ambassador for our brands and Diageo to ensure full satisfaction of both our clients and our consumers.About You:Requirements:Passion for sales and a desire to grow in the spirits sector.Strong willingness to learn and grow within a large company.Analytical skills and commercial acumen.Valid driving license in Spain.Languages: Intermediate English (B1) and fluent Spanish.Experience in the hospitality channel is a plus.Geographical mobility is desirable.Work with Us:Flexibility is key to success in our business, and much of our staff works flexibly in many different ways, including part-time, compressed hours, and flexible location.
