DescripciónSomos Lambda Executive, firma de headhunting especializada en nichos técnicos, y estamos buscando para uno de nuestros clientes, multinacional europea en plena expansión en España, un Business Manager que formará parte de la estructura comercial y operacional de la división de servicios de IT de la organización, reportando directamente al Country Manager.Funciones principales:- Captación comercial de proyectos de servicios de Outsourcing de IT.- Gestión comercial con los clientes.- Selección de los perfiles tecnológicos destinados a los proyectos vigentes.- Gestión económica de tu área de responsabilidad: control de tu P&L, rentabilidad, cobros, etc.- Formación y colaboración con el resto del equipo comercial y de operaciones.**Requisitos**:- Al menos 3-5 años de experiência en el sector servicios externalizados de IT.- Experiência en consultoría tecnológica.- Habilidades comunicativas, de negociación, proactividad, y espíritu colaborativo.Se ofrece:- Contrato indefinido- Competitivo paquete salarial fijo + variable.- Incorporación en una compañía en crecimiento con un plan de expansión que favorecerá el plan de crecimiento personal a corto y medio plazo.
