Urgent Business Development Sales Manager

**Job Description**:
Fusion BPO is currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated, goal-oriented sales professional to join our business development team. Individual must be a self-starter and be able to work with mínimal supervision. Prior sales and business development experience is preferred.
This Sales Manager - Business Development position is a “hunter” type role focused on identifying companies and decision makers in targeted growth industries. Sales Manager will be tasked with taking prospects through the entire sales process and closing deals. Sales Manager will be provided the appropriate sales tools to be successful and supported fully by our global marketing team.
To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are the representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Acquire in depth knowledge of Fusion BPOs full range of services and convey the benefits of our services to potential clients, adhering to company targets, messaging and positioning.
- Use knowledge of current market trends and competitors to identify company's unique selling propositions/differentiators including market scans.
- Build, manage and improve sales pipeline by generating leads through cold calls, referrals, research techniques and social media within the assigned geography or market.
- Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company.
- Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies.
- Working with our Global Sales & Marketing team on RFI/RFQ/RFP submission within the guide lines provided.
- Log activities, create opportunities and put pricing models together for each prospect to have a track on sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
- Prepare sales and pipeline reports and keep sales CRM updated at all times.
- Assisting Business Development Head to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual targets and maintaining the Sales pipeline with qualified leads within the assigned geography.
**Qualification Standards**:
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills such as self-motivation, enthusiasm, and ability to work well with others, ability to create a motivational environment, and the ability to train others.
- Must possess the ability to engage the following traits when necessary: good listening, patience, a level assertiveness, persistence, problem solving and focus on quality.
- Should have decision-making abilities.
- Should have minimum of 7 years of BPO experience or IT Services industry related experience.
- Experience in transitioning campaigns on board (Inbound/Outbound) Lead Gen, Survey, and Sales.
- Have in depth knowledge in negotiating/Quoting prices of different work models.
- In depth sales experience, with industry expertise and proven track record against getting good campaigns & generating revenue.
- Excellent command of English language C1 Level
**Educational background**:
- Graduate degree, advance university degree preferred or equivalent experience

**Salary**: 50,000.00€ - 60,000.00€ per year
