Position:Business Development Manager, HPE & OpenTextJob Description:Arrow'sEnterprise Computing Solutions(ECS) business is a global technology enablement company that brings innovative IT solutions to the market to solve complex business challenges. We offer value-added distribution, expert consulting, and enablement services to leading technology manufacturers and their partners serving commercial and government sectors.We are seeking aBusiness Development Managerto join our vibrant sales team at Arrow ECS Spain. This individual will be in charge of expanding business opportunities with the HPE and OpenText portfolio.Principal Accountabilities:Attracting new customers to our partner network and identifying fresh business prospects,Understanding the expectations, strategies, and go-to-market principles of HPE and OpenText,Collaborating closely with assigned vendors and Arrow's internal teams,Offering technical expertise on the portfolio,Implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets,Developing proof of concepts (PoCs) using technical solutions for real customer environments.What we are looking for?Strong IT sales background with technical acumen,Experience in IT distribution and partner management,Effective public speaking and presentation skills,Solid assessment and prioritization abilities,Fluency in Spanish and English.What is in it for you?Competitive compensation package - base salary plus incentives,Supportive and collaborative work environment,Flat hierarchical structure with open communication,Opportunities for professional and personal growth.If you envision yourself as part of our team, we encourage you to apply.Arrow is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
