FuncionesBuscamos a un/a Business Development Manager IT en Madrid para uno de nuestros principales clientes. Nuestro cliente es una consultora de negocio especializada en la gestión de talento IT, y el desarrollo de proyectos em diferentes áreas como la Inteligencia Artificial, Accesibilidad, Metodología Agile, Web, Mobile, UX/UI. Ciberseguridad. Estarás a cargo directamente de tu propia Unidad de negocio, realizando las siguientes :Detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el mercado.Atracción y apertura de nuevas cuentas (prospección / hunting)Estrategia de negocio, gestión y fidelización de los clientes ya existentes (farming).Responder a las necesidades de los clientes.Estar en contacto estrecho con el equipo de selección IT de la empresa para responder a todas esas necesidades de los clientes y facilitarles que encuentren el mejor match.Participar en la elaboración de ofertas comerciales, trabajando en colaboración con un responsable técnico de la compañía.Gestión económica de la Unidad de Negocio.RequisitosExperiencia como Business Manager / Account Manager de 2 a 4 años en consultoría IT/tech.Conocimientos técnicos sólidos del sector IT/tech (perfiles tech/ingenieros IT, stacks/tecnologías, lenguajes de programación, empresas target, oportunidades, etc).Buenas dotes de comunicación, empatía y organización.Orientación a resultados y a las personas.Buena capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo.Se valorará muy positivamente un nivel de inglés medio. ( no imprescindible)Se ofrecePosición estable con crecimiento interno real en la empresa.(contrato indefinido)Trabajo remoto con compensación monetaria.Salario fijo competitivo + variable alto (los objetivos son reales y alcanzables)Seguro médico privado gratuito.Flexibilidad horaria para una mejor conciliación de la vida profesional / familiar.Jornada intensiva los viernes y 3 meses de intensiva en verano.
