?¿Qué Buscamos?Buscamos una persona proactiva, resiliente y con gran capacidad de trabajo para desarrollar junto al equipo las siguientes fases de nuestros proyectos de última tecnología.
Además de capacidad para realizar las siguientes responsabilidades:- Desarrollar las relaciones con los socios y clientes de la Plataforma Europea de IP; de Madrid CIB, para garantizar un seguimiento continuo de sus necesidades de producción informática- Servir de enlace de comunicación entre los clientes y los equipos internos de IP;- Supervisar los servicios proporcionados a cada cliente, contratos, establecimiento de presupuestos anuales.- Colaborar con los equipos operativos de IP; en nuevas iniciativas.- Seguimiento regular y revisión de los servicios, junto con el seguimiento de facturación anual de cada cliente- Coordinar actividades entre los equipos operativos de IP; y los equipos de TI del cliente.- Proporcionar coordinación global para clientes, reuniones de dirección cuando sea necesario.- Crear y gestionar propuestas financieras, acuerdos de nível de servicio (SLA).- KPI y KRI acordados por el Propietario de Producto y el equipo de Gestión de Servicios a los SLA de los clientes.- Identificar procesos existentes para optimizar y mejorar.- Trabajar con equipos de IP; globalmente para alinear descripciones de servicios.- Coordinar actividades entre los equipos operativos de IP.
