Area Sales Manager – European Market Ezpeleta | Outdoor Furniture – Contract Channel Location:Preferably Northwest Spain / Northern PortugalAbout Ezpeleta With more than 90 yearsof experience, Ezpeleta is a leadingmanufacturer of outdoor furniture for the contract sector. Our brand is recognized for quality, design, and sustainability, and we are currently strengthening our international presence, exporting to over 70 countries worldwide.Your Mission AsArea Sales Manager – Europe,you will play a key role in driving Ezpeleta’s sustainable growth across European markets.Your main objective will be to develop sales, build and manage a strong distributor network, and promote our furniture solutions for contract projects such as hotels, hospitality venues, public spaces, and large-scale developments.Key Responsibilities Define and execute thecommercial strategyfor the assigned European markets. Identify, recruit, and develop a high-performingnetwork of distributorsspecialized in the contract channel. Strengthen relationshipswith existing clients and partners to achieve sales, margin, and brand positioning objectives. Detect and develop business opportunities incontract projects (hospitality, architects, specifiers, public administrations, etc.), supporting negotiations and project closures. Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities to continuously enhance Ezpeleta’s positioning in Europe. Prepare salesforecasts, budgets, and action plans by country or region. Represent Ezpeleta atinternational trade fairs, industry events,and customer meetings. Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, logistics, and administration) to ensure successful execution of the commercial strategy. Reportsales performance and market insights to senior management.What We Are Looking ForBackground & Experience University degreein Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experiencein international sales roles such as Area Sales Manager, Export Manager, or International Business Development Manager. Proven track record in opening new markets and building distributor networks across Europe. Solid experience in thecontract channel, ideally within furniture, design, construction, or related industries. Experience working in multicultural and international environments.Skills & Competencies Strongcommercial mindsetwith a clear focus on results and business growth. Excellentnegotiation,communication, and relationship-building skills. High level ofautonomy, strategic thinking, and international outlook. Willingness totravel frequentlyacross Europe.
