Tu día a día:

Serás responsable de liderar un equipo de Sales Experts del canal estanco, asegurando su compromiso y motivación para conseguir contribuir de manera directa al objetivo nacional.

Las principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Poner en marcha el plan de ventas, asegurando una experiencia de venta adecuada (consumer journey) y el despliegue de materiales en el punto de venta.
  • Formar continuamente y gestionar un equipo comercial estableciendo objetivos alineados con la estrategia a nivel nacional para todos los integrantes del mismo.
  • Desarrollar al equipo dando constantemente feedback constructivo y revisando el desempeño de los mismos para asegurar el engagement con el punto de venta y una excelencia en la venta y el servicio al cliente.
  • Cooperar con la fuerza de ventas para garantizar un ecosistema eficiente, proponiendo soluciones que satisfagan las distintas necesidades del consumidor.
  • Fomentar un clima de colaboración para compartir y aprender las mejores prácticas en todos los equipos.
  • Analizar los resultados y llevar a cabo controles frecuentes de las herramientas que deben estar puestas en marcha.
  • Asegurar que todos los miembros del equipo tengan un claro entendimiento y sigan la ética y los Principios y Políticas de la Compañía, y actúen en consecuencia.


A quién buscamos:

  • Titulación universitaria: licenciatura o grado.
  • Nivel de inglés B2, nivel de español C1 mínimo.
  • Permiso para trabajar en la UE. Carnet de conducir europeo con antigüedad mínima de 1 año.
  • Experiencia previa en venta directa B2C o el sector retail.
  • Experiencia previa en gestión de equipos.
  • Orientación al servicio al cliente.
  • Conocimiento del paquete Microsoft Office (Word y Excel), Outlook.
  • Liderazgo, coordinación y gestión de equipos. Iniciativa y pasión por el mundo de las ventas.
  • Empatía y planificación. Altas habilidades de comunicación (fluidez verbal, lenguaje, tono, sonrisa) y escucha activa.
  • Capacidad de adaptación y flexibilidad. Creatividad y visión de negocio.
