¿Quiénes Somos?

En el Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower, no solo ofrecemos una estancia, ofrecemos experiencias Nuestra impresionante torre es un ícono de la ciudad y estamos buscando a alguien que nos ayude a llevar nuestra hospitalidad a nuevas alturas.

Tu Misión (si decides aceptarla):

· Asiste a todos los huéspedes y visitantes del Hotel en la entrada del hotel, dándoles la bienvenida y ayudándoles con el equipaje siguiendo el circuito estipulado.

· Acompaña a los clientes hasta la recepción del hotel, deseándoles feliz estancia e introduce al departamento de recepción.

· Se ocupa de la organización (entrega y recogida) del servicio de equipajes a todos los huéspedes (atención especial de grupos) identificando cada equipaje y verificando identidades

· Recoge los paquetes de mensajeros, correo y otros envíos que puedan llegar al hotel registrándolos en el registro creado al efecto.

· Asiste al departamento de Guest Relations, tomando nota de las tareas a ejecutar, ejecutándolas y reportando status de las mismas a departamento.

· Asiste al departamento de Recepción, tomando nota de las tareas a ejecutar, ejecutándolas y reportando status de las mismas a departamento.

· Proporciona información de los servicios del hotel e información de carácter turístico de la ciudad, etc.

· Vela por la buena imagen de la entrada del hotel y pre-hall, así como de los carros de equipaje, papeleras, ceniceros.

· Asegurar el más alto nivel de satisfacción de los huéspedes ofreciendo un servicio atento a cada huésped y asociado.

· Escuchar cuidadosamente para entender todas las solicitudes de los huéspedes, responda con la acción apropiada y proporcione información precisa. Resolver cualquier problema de forma rápida y eficiente.

· Abordar las preocupaciones o problemas de los huéspedes de manera rápida y efectiva, esforzándose por superar las expectativas de los huéspedes en la resolución de cualquier problema.

· Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar la satisfacción del huésped y la resolución sin problemas de cualquier problema.

· Uso de uniformidad y presencia adecuado en todo momento

· Realizar con creatividad y eficiencia momentos WOW (factor sorpresa que nos hace vivir experiencia Hyatt Regency a los huéspedes).

· Atiende las quejas y sugerencias de los clientes y las remite a su superior en el caso de no poder solventarlas

Lo que traes contigo

· Se requiere formación universitaria en Turismo.

· Conocimientos en gestión de quejas, gestión de equipos.

· Es imprescindible que aporte conocimientos avanzados en herramientas informáticas (Office, SAP).

· Se requiere una experiencia previa en un rol orientado al servicio al cliente de alrededor de 1 año, , valorable 6 meses, preferiblemente en un entorno hotelero de lujo.

· Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación interpersonal.

· Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas y la capacidad de mantener la calma bajo presión.

· Conocimiento de atracciones locales, restaurantes y opciones de transporte preferido.

· Imprescindible nivel alto del idioma inglés, valorable francés y/o alemán.
