The Role

As a Guest Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our city portfolio. Your primary objective will be to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for guests throughout their stay. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the team, recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback
  • Planning and executing a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests
  • Ensuring accurate reporting of apartment information and managing databases
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to enhance apartment functionality
  • Overseeing the guest operations team and maintaining high service standards
  • Managing budgeting and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and maintain service excellence within budget constraints
  • Providing reporting and analysis on team performance and key metrics

About You

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality/Guest Operations Manager with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Flexibility, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity and change
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to improve operational processes
  • Great planning and attention to detail
