Operations Manager

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for streamlining processes and improving efficiency? We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Prosana, a forward-thinking eCommerce agency.

As an Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, implementing processes and systems that enhance workflow and communication across the team. You'll work closely with our founder to drive team alignment, optimize project outcomes, and create a seamless onboarding experience for new team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve operational efficiency by streamlining internal processes and implementing systems that enhance workflow
  • Manage scheduling, communications, and documentation to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Project-manage the content team to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are on track
  • Optimize project outcomes by managing and refining processes within project management tools like Asana
  • Drive team alignment through cross-department collaboration and keep teams focused on shared goals
  • Organize productive meetings by preparing agendas, capturing key action items, and following up on execution
Requirements:
  • Experience in project management tools like Asana and Notion, with a proven track record of improving efficiency within teams
  • Agency experience, preferably in a fast-paced eCommerce or digital marketing environment, and thrive on managing multiple clients and projects at once
  • Exceptional eye for detail and ability to organize teams to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with international teams
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
