As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives.
- Adaptability: Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather.
- Physical Demands: Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs).
About the Team:
Our fulfillment network launches new Operations sites every year, providing various opportunities for your professional growth. We hire Area Managers based on location preference and the business' current openings.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience in managing Operations and leading teams of at least 50 people.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Language: Fluent English and Spanish.
