Tu principal función dentro de la compañía será la de asegurar la correcta satisfacción de los clientes durante su estancia en el establecimiento, así como ser el responsable del enlace entre los clientes y la dirección.

Esta vacante es para nuestro hotel Insotel Punta Prima Resort & Spa.

Tus principales funciones serán:

  • Atender las peticiones, sugerencias y reclamaciones realizadas por los clientes.
  • Comunicación con el cliente y enlace clientedirección.
  • Supervisión y apoyo en todos los servicios incluidos eventos.
  • Coordinar y planificar las visitas que se realicen en el establecimiento.
  • Actualización y revisión de la información publicada al cliente en el establecimiento.
  • Otras tareas relacionadas con el puesto.
