¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
Gestionar y resolver consultas e incidencias relacionadas con los servicios y productos de PronoKal Group,Gestionar tickets en el Servicio de Asistencia Técnica para aplicaciones digitales (Web B2B, APP, Ecommerce).Asegurar la resolución oportuna de incidencias de tipo 1 y distribuir tareas para incidencias de tipo 2.Recibir, validar y procesar hojas de idoneidad, documentos y formularios de diversos canales.Gestionar devoluciones y cambios de productos, incluyendo análisis de motivos y coordinación con el almacén.Supervisar y monitorear pedidos nacionales e internacionales, así como de comercio electrónico (Ecommerce).Dar soporte con cobros, financiación de pacientes y gestión de pagos.Realizar el cierre administrativo diario en coordinación con el almacén.Cumplir con los indicadores de efectividad establecidos y reportar KPI's de uso de las aplicaciones.Proponer mejoras para reducir el volumen de incidencias.¿Qué es indispensable en tu candidatura?
Formación profesional.Experiencia previa en Servicio de Atención Técnica.Idiomas: Inglés nivel B2 - hablado y escrito.Valorable conocimiento en JIRA y CRM.¿Qué te ofrecemos?
