Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international travelers and accommodation suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone, providing clear and concise information.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- Slovenian: C2 level and advanced English language proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
- User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database.
- A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality.
- A positive and motivated mindset to handle challenging customer situations.
- Goal-oriented work approach and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Affinity with accommodation platforms and experience in customer service or contact center environments.
- Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office).
