Customer Service (h/m)- Barcelona, se encargará de:
Adoptar un enfoque proactivo en cuanto a oportunidades de venta adicional y venta cruzada.Atender las solicitudes entrantes de los clientes a través de varios canales de comunicación y asegurarse de que se satisfagan todas sus necesidades.Comprometerse activamente con los clientes para proporcionar una experiencia memorable, así como con el equipo de ventas para aumentar el tiempo de venta activa. Proporcionar a los clientes la información necesaria, como el estado de pedidos o entregas, o responder a preguntas sobre temas financieros/administrativos.Proveer al equipo de ventas los detalles de los pedidos de los clientes y las solicitudes de cotizaciones, y hacerles saber de cualquier problema o queja que pueda afectar las relaciones con los clientes.Crear, actualizar y mantener los detalles y cambios de cuentas en el CRM.Procesar pedidos, cotizaciones, créditos y refacturaciones, y colaborar con varios equipos (envíos, ventas, marketing, finanzas, etc.) para asegurarse de que se satisfagan todas las necesidades del cliente.Educar a los clientes sobre cómo usar el sitio web y el acceso en línea.Ingresar cotizaciones y pedidos con un alto nivel de precisión. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Customer Service (h/m)- Barcelona, requiere de:
