En esta ocasión estamos trabajando para una empresa especializada en la fabricación de material médico, siendo líder mundial en lentes de contacto, en la búsqueda de un KAM.

Será responsable de desarrollar y guiar la implementación de los planes de negocio específicos del cliente, alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos del cliente mediante el crecimiento de la categoría como motor principal, actuando como contacto principal con el mismo, y el responsable de la gestión de las cuentas clave asignadas.

Responsabilidades:

Lograr un crecimiento global de la categoría para el cliente mediante la gestión de los principales impulsores de la categoría.Desarrollar planes de negocio anuales para el cliente que generen un crecimiento de los ingresos y de la estrategia comercial de la empresa.Desarrollar una amplia estrategia de contactos que incluya al comprador, el controlador, el merchandising, el marketing, las operaciones de tienda y la cadena de suministro.Ofrecer rendimiento de la inversión y rentabilidad. Supervisar y controlar el gasto en desarrollo de cuentas dentro del presupuesto acordado.Gestionar una herramienta de previsión y planificación empresarial oportuna y precisa utilizando S&OP.Utilizar el conocimiento a través de datos y fundamentos basados en hechos para apoyar las previsiones y los planes de actividad adicional.Evaluar a posteriori los resultados y la eficacia y actuar en función de las principales conclusiones.¿Qué buscamos en ti?Mínimo cinco años de experiencia profesional en industria farmacéutica, especialmente en el sector óptico.Indispensable tener un nivel de inglés alto.Tener buenas habilidades de liderazgo, comunicativas y de negociación.Tener una buena y clara orientación al cliente.Puesto basado en Madrid con al menos un 50% de tiempo de viajes.
